Quality
Management System
This QMS defines Federal
Technology Solutions Inc. policies and procedures regarding the
application of controlled Quality Assurance to ensure all services
rendered by Federal Technology Solutions Inc are of required quality
and comply fully with the customer’s stated requirements and
expectations.
A Quality
Management System (QMS) will be established for all projects. The
program has been adjusted to accommodate the size, complexities and
requirements of the project.
It is the policy
of Federal Technology Solutions Inc. that all projects and services
comply with all quality requirements as determined by the contract
plans and specifications, applicable codes, local, provincial and
federal regulations and good construction practice.
The QMS will be
implemented on all projects during the construction phase and
include requirements for inspection, testing and documentation. The
Contracting Officer must approve all testing and construction
phases. Implementation and effective execution of the QMS is the
responsibility of the Federal Technology Solutions Inc.
Federal
Technology Solutions Inc. is committed to implementing a QMS that
complies with the quality policies outlined within this document
delivered on time and within budget. All company staff is committed
to ensuring these procedures are implemented as applicable to their
activities. The QMS is an integral part of the management
methodology of Federal Technology Solutions Inc., and is designed to
enhance and perpetuate the reputation for quality service and
customer support.
All FTSI
employees are vested with full responsibility for the proper and
timely implementation of the QS, together with the proper level of
authority for ensuring its continuing effectiveness. FTSI employees
are also responsible for ensuring that the QMS is communicated,
understood, and implemented by holding training sessions during the
course of the project with managerial, supervisory, engineering and
quality personnel.
The
responsibility, authority and interrelation of all Federal
Technology Solutions Inc. personnel who manage, perform and verify
work that effect quality are defined and documented in FTSI’s QMS
manual. To Federal Technology Solutions Inc., our QMS means
satisfied customers. |
